Join us for the Labor Day Weekend Gratz Yard Sale!
Every year the town of Gratz comes together for a community wide yard sale weekend. This year, we’re offering our side lot area as free, first come first serve space available for reservation!
Requirements
To make the weekend a success, here are a few guidelines for those using our space for the yardsale:
A reservation is required for you to use our space.
No sales of animals/pets.
No food or drink vendors please!
Smoking on our property is not permitted.
Pop up shade shelters are allowed as long as they do not use tie down cables which are a tripping hazard for customers.
Plenty of space must be given between the pavilion, picnic table and playground areas for folks to use those without tripping over your items for sale.
